I was already fascinated by the retail industry during my studies. Which is why, I joined ALDI Suisse in a management position as Regional Sales Manager after completing my master's degree at the University of St. Gallen. After my previous experience in personnel management and the development of practical retail knowledge, I am now looking for a new challenge that will allow me to specialise in this area in the long term. Continuous learning, pleasure in developing innovative approaches as well as the search for the simplest, most efficient and customer-friendly solutions are my daily motivation. The previous positions required a high degree of flexibility and travel as well as the ability to make quick and well-founded decisions under time pressure. I particularly enjoyed the topic of personnel responsibility and it played a central role in my daily work. I was allowed to put together and lead the staff teams of the branches. This included conducting job interviews, employee appraisals, signing contracts, conducting critical appraisal interviews as well as coaching and developing employees. In my spare time I love to travel to remote places and get to know new cultures.I am fascinated by numismatics and I am specialized in collecting euro coins. Another passion is the laying of big puzzles. The combination of many small pieces to form a big whole, the patience to create a work and to pursue its goals continuously gives me pleasure.
