While a lot of kids were dreaming of being an astronaut, fireman, or a professional skateboarder (today it would be an app developer, Instagram Influencer, or travel blogger) I had my eyes set on being in the business of real estate. More specifically, I wanted to take something that had fallen into disrepair and revitalize it in to something new. I have 12 years of experience working in the distressed real estate field and have participated in real estate investing since 2012. I have overseen over 280 purchases and renovations and when I was managing assets for the big banks I averaged a portfolio of over 400 homes at any given time. So, in November of 2018, I decided that I wanted to create something that incorporated all of my past experiences and bring a fresh new approach to the industry which is why I formed Dwell West Homes. At Dwell West Homes, we strive to be transparent, upfront, and prefer a methodical and low key approach. We always strive to take anxiety out of a transaction but also understand more than anyone that issues arise so are ready to tackle any challenge that comes our way. We pride ourselves on the relationships we create with both homeowners and Realtors alike and will always do whatever it takes to get a deal done. We live by a “solutions only” attitude.My wife, Nusha, and I live in San Diego with our baby girl, Rumi, and we are so grateful for what this city and its people have provided us and we both have a passion for investing in to helping it improve.
