The main purpose of this company is to create software solutions for logistic warehouses (WMS = Warehouse Management System). We develop the software based on customer demands. The WMS software is capable to control the movements including receiving, shipping, putaway and picking. All the actions/movements are centralised into a database which can provide lots of reports about the status of goods in the warehouse.We use Oracle Database 11g, PL/SQL Developer and TOAD for views, stored procedures, functions, packages and so on. My attributions are: analyse & estimate solutions – after meeting the customer I start to analyse the demands and estimate the time needed develop & test the software in house  install the software on site (at client) test the software on site – after software installation I make the acceptance tests write user's manual  client support – offering support is a must until the customer gets familiar with the system. In thisperiod, the customer can ask us to change some feature to prevent the unpredictable situations. Also, in my daily work process I use tools/technologies like: CVS (Tortoise CVS), FTP, XML, VPN.
