I am a dedicated engineering professional with a strong academic background in power conversion, energy efficiency, renewables, and decentralized energy generation. With over a decade of experience in the field of electrical engineering.I have a proven track record of success in project management, systems engineering, hardware and software development. Skilled in working with power electronics components for electric vehicles, frequency inverters, and power conversion systems. For the last 5 years I have been managing Sub-System Product Design Projects for Electrification of mobility, my higher aim is at working with Integration of Whole Product Systems for e-mobility to Electrification with converters, Traction Batteries and HV Systems. (i.e. Vehicles, boats, eVtols or Defense Systems) - bringing Project Management and Systems Engineering together. Becoming acquainted to the challenging task of implementing real Project Management in non-project based companies, i.e. bringing order to chaos to accomplish longer and solid goals, with development of all R&D necessary to become a solid player with full compliance in Industry Standards. - It is not trivial.
