Ik werk het liefst in een omgeving waar stevige doelstellingen nagestreefd worden en waar ik kan samenwerken met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen. Ik sta stevig in mijn schoenen en heb geleerd om op elk niveau te communiceren, ben prettig in de omgang en collega’s omschrijven mij als iemand die in staat is anderen op een positieve en enthousiaste manier mee te nemen.In mijn baan werk ik het liefst in een team met gelijkgestemden, waar de kwaliteit van de medewerkers, werkniveau en de inzet hoog zijn. Sparren met collega’s vind ik belangrijk. Ook fungeer ik graag als mentor; mijn kennis overdragen op anderen doe ik graag. Werken in een veranderende omgeving met de nodige druk past bij mij. Ik vind het belangrijk dat er naast hard werken ook oog is voor de medewerkers en zij waardering ontvangen voor hetgeen ze doen.
