I was responsible for controlling and financial administration in this medium sized tour operator. My job included controlling (internal control, cash control, quarterly accounts, budget control, reports and analyses, annual accounts, tax matters). I was also responsible for administration (3fte's) and human recourses (30 fte's). As a member of the management team I was involved in the merging of entities, the acquisition and incorporation of other tour operators etc. I consulted the management team concerning law and tax matters, finance etc.
