At the age of 16 Marcel Dee (Marcel van Doormalen) started to play regularly at a local dutch discotheque.He also began producing music and was build his own studio.Late in the 90’s he produced his first song that was performed on Dutch TV channel RTL4.After that he signed his first record contract.

In 2001 his first production came out on a vinyl with a trance remix of Antarius - Infinity.He continued writing, composing and producing his own songs.In 2002 he released his first CD single 'Take my hand'. With 'Take my hand' he got much airplay on Dutch radio stations.After that he was booked as DJ on clubs in different country's. For many years he was resident DJ of different Clubs in The Netherlands.
In 2004 he came with a new project called 'Estrella' with the song ' Open your mind '.
In 2008 MarcelDee produced the song 'In My Dreams' under the project name COMO. This record was signed to the recordlabel of Andorfine records in Germany.
After 2008 MarcelDee remained active as a DJ but stopped temporarily with producing music.At the end of 2011 MarcelDee was picked up producing and composing again and he produced a new track called ' All by myself '. After that in 2012 he was written, compose and produced the summer dance record 'Fiesta'
Nowadays he is active as DJ and Producer in different genres.
In june 2019 Marcel Dee released a new Tech House song called 'Listen Up'. Show less
