Responsible for cost and claims management related to construction disputes in both the private and public sectors. Create financial damage models, perform cost accounting, and document fact finding results related to project disruptions.• Manage the forensic accounting related to high value litigation claims for construction projects within the private and public sector. Focused primarily on the analysis of time related overhead damages, liquidated damages, labor productivity losses, material and labor escalation, and equipment standby costs. Analyze certified payroll, review General and Administrative overhead expenses, Income statements, and Balance Sheets.• Recently involved in the execution of work at 16 concurrent project sites. Review contracts for Invoicing, Prompt Payment, and Change Order terms and conditions. Performed reconciliation of invoices, certified payroll and T&M sheets. Prepared reports on expected costs to complete, contract back charges, and earned contract value. Planned and coordinated the day to day activities of engineers, field installation supervisors, and subcontractors. Was able to effectively manage the completion of a 7 million dollar budget over the course of 6 months. • Develop Project Baseline Schedules and manage weekly progress updates for fast moving projects involving many stakeholders, organizations, and contractors. Review and analyze the critical path of scheduled work activities to substantiate delays to the planned work duration. • Develop Senior Level Reporting presentations to portray case / project findings implementing the use of charts, graphs, financial models, and other tools.
