Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all facilities within the Attahaddy Gas Plant including but not limited to gas treating , dehydration, fuel supply, refrigeration, liquid recovery, instruments and utility air system, N2 generation, water treatment and storage facilities, DCS system (ABB Freelance 2000) , testing once by month each well production and quality/24 hours ,calculation and report of Total Gas Plant Production/24 hours. Keeping in close communication with other plants areas on problems affecting overall plant operations. Maintaining two-way communications with the operators at all times during the shift. Following up the good functioning of the plant and keeping the conection with Maintenance Group. Actively involved in commissioning operation after revisions and overhauling activities such as water flushing, air&nitrogen blowing, chemical cleaning, chemical loading, oil flushing, motor run in, pumps run in, blowers run in, air coolers run in, compressors run in, tightness test, leak test, service test, water run, systems inertization with nitrogen. Involved in DCS training for 3 libyans DCS operators and I coordinate 3 field operators.This plant is capable to treate 350 mmscfd of sour row high pressure gas with 2 trains, sales gas app. 270 mmscfd with low CO2 content ( < 2 mol % ) and water content (4lbs/ mmscf) and export condensate app. 31000 bpd with low water content ( < 0.02 vol%) including 10 primary units along with utilities ( inlet manifold & test separator, production separator, acid gas removal, MEG regenerator, dehydration, C3 compressor, mercury removal, heating medium/amine, instrument/plant air system, fuel gas system/flare system)
