- Develop new businesses with local and worldwide customers, performing as Pricing Analyst on the Europe/Brazil trade lane (prior experience on Africa/Middle East/Far East/Oceania trade lanes to Brazil as well);- Sales Support for External Sales Executives, gathering and sharing business opportunities, market competitors’ information, customers’ performance, optimising rate negotiation with the HQ for strategic businesses;- Perform alongside the Account Receivable Dept. on specific financial subjects with customers;- Meeting participation with Import Manager and Sales Executive to build up a commercial relationship with customers, and also troubleshoot operational matters;- Focal Point in Brazil of MSC agencies in Europe, as an intermediate counterpart of all the necessary subjects;- Outline commercial proposals for spot and regular businesses (dry and reefer);- Analyse commercial strategies for RFQ/BIDs;- Keep a good relationship with customers through the Customer Service Dept.;- Gather figures and statistics to produce internal reports for the Management and the Headquarters.
