Information Governance Manager
CurrentEnsure that enterprise data and information governance standards are consistent, coordinated, managed, implemented, and measured.Identify gaps and adjust or develop additional policies, processes, systems, and practices to improve the management of data.Encourage enterprise data and information standards to be used consistently throughout the data-information life cycle and related functional domains.Deliverables:Ensure that effective data governance is implemented.Develop, implement and maintain Data Governance policies, procedures and standards.Develop appropriate metrics to ensure ongoing availability, usability, quality and security of data.Develop, maintain and communicate the enterprise and departmental (Business's)data strategies.Establish an annual data governance work plan with priorities that is aligned to the data strategies.Facilitate/Chair the establishment and ongoing functioning of the Data Steward Council and associated data governance bodies.
