Manager Sales & OperationsAs a Regional Manager Sales & Operations for the department of telecommunications, services & solutions I'm, among other, responsible for the realization of the quantitative (turnover, margin, costs) and qualitative (staff planning, concept conversion, store performance, etc.) objectives and I also implement company policy for both commercial and social matters.Being part of the Service & Solution team and leading the telecom department and the associated department managers in the MediaMarkt branches. Linking pin between the holding company and the branches.Also relationship manager for various suppliers such as KPN, VodafoneZiggo, T-Mobile/Odido, Apple and Samsung.Responsibilities:- Monitoring and optimizing the structure in the organization;- Selecting, managing, developing and assessing own store personnel (quality and quantity of the workforce);- Identifying and coaching talented employees;- Conducting annual performance and appraisal interviews;- Ensure customer (NPS) and employee satisfaction;- Responsible for order and cleanliness in the stores;- Make a positive contribution to the further growth and profit contribution of the stores;- Responsible for translating MediaMarkt actions to the workplace;- Working on "experience the store" through in-store promotions;- Responsible for employee productivity;- Process optimization;

- Bewaken van gestelde doelen voor omzet en resultaat;- Initiëren van verkoopbeleid;- Opstellen van verkoopbeleidsplannen alsmede opstellen van financiëleprognoses;- Contact onderhouden met lokale partijen zoals winkeliersverenigingen engemeenten;- Verantwoordelijk voor werving & selectie, personeelsadministratie,urenadministratie, opleiden, coaching en ontwikkeling van medewerkers.Daarnaast verantwoordelijk voor ziekteverzuim/re-integratiebegeleidingbinnen het mij toegewezen rayon;

Responsible for 19 shops, about 62 FTE, in the area of South-Holland, Brabant and Limburg. In the period of 2013 - 2014 also responsible for 10 shops, about 32 FTE, in the area of Rotterdam and Utrecht.My responisibilities include to inspire & guide every branchmanager, and their teams, in the area to reach a high performance level with the goal to achieve all set KPI's, high quality control, superior customer experience & cusomer satisfaction and taking care of outstanding store presentation. Sustainability and compliance all processes & procedures in line with company rules are also part of the jobdiscription.

Responsible for 15 Connected World Stores (Wireless World) @ PhoneHouse Netherlands. Introduce storeplans, skills training, new way of customer experience & customer satisfaction. Responsible for project planning, sustainabilty of the stores, coaching/training of the branchmanagers and their teams and change management.

Supporting and advisory role in project Wireless World Germany.

- Samen met de afdelingsmanager verantwoordelijk voor het kassateambestaande uit 40 medewerkers.- Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van optimale planningen, motiveren vanteam, zorgen voor een goede samenwerking binnen het team, een goedverloop van de processen op de afdeling, het aannemen en opleiden vannieuwe medewerkers alsmede voor de persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling vande mensen binnen het team.
