During my 20+ years with PACCAR I have obtained an in-depth understanding of managing a high tech manufacturing enterprise. Together with my financial training and experience, and my experience as an internal auditor, I have held have various manufacturing positions with increasing responsibility that prepared me for my current job as a Director of Supplier Quality.In addition to the technical aspects of the job, I have developed a keen eye for quality culture, organizational changes and people development.Successful implementation of the "lean and rich" PACCAR Production System is a personal goal as I strongly believe in the multidisciplinary cooperation of all employees on all levels with respect to continuous improvement of all business processes.
