My name is Marcel Jansen and employed as a data management employee.Controlling of data management is key to any business. It is a crucial element to ensure efficiency, performance, reliability, traceability, quality and safety.The experiences during my career in different sectors of the past 30 years, made me versatile and flexible. During my work and training I have learned to work good and with professionalism in and as a team, managing deadlines and taking responsibilities.Being a bridge between the client and customer as a trustworthy pillar gives joy to my work.I feel comfortable in a (social) dynamic organisation with a network both at home as well abroad and where there is room for flexibility, creativity and development. Besides that I like to be active in an organization where the value of man is important. A strong point of me is that I am very eager to learn and therefore quickly can understand systems and to work with the systems in the best possible way. I am always willing to learn new things and if necessary sharing or learning this to others.Working with a deadline is not a problem for me.During my life I have always had a great interest for engineering sector. It's very interesting to see what people can create and finally built.My first real contact with the engineering sector was in year 2005, during one of my functions in the Royal Netherlands Army.From 2005 until august 2012, I was very actively involved in a very large new project within the Royal Netherlands Army. Working with all kind of categorized documentation was one of my main tasks and responsibilities.Good communication with all parties was essential during this project. Working within a large (new) project is not unknown to me.After a honorable resignation from the Royal Netherlands Army in August 2012, I started a new career outside the army, which is a rich adventure.#Thankfull.
