After my bankcareer of 37 years I got involved in the Community Coaching project of the ROC School. As such I have coached four (former) students. The coachpaths were very different and I gained much new experience. The last coachtrack was from September 2014 till March 2015.Also I participated in the Reflection Group of the ROC Community Coaching project.It was really refreshing, that my former love for education was still that lively.Due to my hobby (playing bowling) I was enable to run several bowlingclinics for various schools and social institutions. In that respect I organised for young people (between 12 and 18 years) clinics to get them interested in bowling and to assist them in the technics of the game. Together with other volunteers, which included also the managerial side! Over 37 years experience in various sections both foreign and domestic custody for foreign financial and institutional clients. Integration officer for merger of ABN and AMRO into holding.Presentation of Dutch equities market to foreign banks:regulation and rules, types of dividends and corporate actions, reclaim withholding tax.Specialties: Tax improvements for foreign clients by upgrading quality of tax reclaim service. Excellent contacts with Belgian Tax Authorities, speeding up the BTA reclaim process. As a result in August 2010 positive remarks mentioned in the Review of Global Custodian Survey.

From then a student/trainee at Amphia hospital Breda has been coached till July 2014. As such she made some additional proposals for an improved workprocess (more hygienic attention) in hospital.In September 2014 the next coachee was being supported by me.He needed support in Dutch and English grammar, general Dutch State information and calculating.This last part was not developed in his earlier school years in Guinnee. As he had trouble with his focus it was decided to stop assistance. This coacheepath ended February 2015. In September 2015 my 5th period of community coaching would have started.Unfortunately, ROC could not select a suitable candidate/student anymore. As such I will not continue with assistance and coaching. But it was very satisfying periode.And I learnt a lot in the last 4 years.Joining Intervision sessions with other coaches was an extra tool to exchange experience and views how to improve stage with the coachees. Participation in trainingsession as an experience expert. Also participating in a project team how to enlarge publicity for community coaching. This is ongoing since September 2012. However, this has only a low priority with ROC.Since Dec 2013 I stopped that part of the project.What I love most about this coaching path, that my skills are being valued. My experience in combination with professional view lead to useful advices for my coachees.Their grow in the process and they became better educated. Show less
