She successfully passed and will now apply for the higher level via a universitystudy.This last person needed support for making reports for school and her stage address. As such she made some additional proposals for an improved workprocess (more hygienic attention) in hospital.In September 2014 the next coachee was being supported by me.He needed support in Dutch and English grammar, general Dutch State information and calculating.This last part was not developed in his earlier school years in Guinnee. As he had trouble with his focus it was decided to stop assistance. This coacheepath ended February 2015. In September 2015 my 5th period of community coaching would have started.Unfortunately, ROC could not select a suitable candidate/student anymore. As such I will not continue with assistance and coaching. But it was very satisfying periode.And I learnt a lot in the last 4 years.Joining Intervision sessions with other coaches was an extra tool to exchange experience and views how to improve stage with the coachees. Participation in trainingsession as an experience expert. Also participating in a project team how to enlarge publicity for community coaching. This is ongoing since September 2012. However, this has only a low priority with ROC.Since Dec 2013 I stopped that part of the project.What I love most about this coaching path, that my skills are being valued. My experience in combination with professional view lead to useful advices for my coachees.Their grow in the process and they became better educated. Show less

Assisted Citi clients to complete and submit forms for Tax Reclaim Applications. Also safeguarded the outstanding reclaimperiod considering the various technical or specific timelines. As such much contact with Belgian Tax Authorities which resulted in a better and more speedy refund. Clients were ao CGML, Barclays, Caceis, BNY Mellon, Jefferies.The period of March 1 till Aug 1, 2011 was a sabbatical period.

Sabbatical at Citi.Investigated possibilities for similar career in banking or elsewhere or complete careermove to a fully new environment. Made choice for ao Community Coach. Volunteer job until December 31, 2012. And to be the secretary of the 50 year old bowling team of Breda.

Similar to job at ABN AMRO. But including Citiclients with custodypositions in Belgium and The Netherlands. Apart from that the on-market activities were also included.

During those 5 years clients for the Dutch market were ao Joint Ventue ABN AMRO Mellon, JP Morgan Chase and other large foreign banks.

Contacts with lawyers for chasing clients with a backlog in payment of bills.Greatest achievement in that period: the backlog of payments was around NLG 400.000 at the time.Within a year NLG 200.000 was paid immediately after more pressure either by letter or by 1st attemptof lawyer.
