In 2008 Marcel Krafczyk completed a training as an expert for system gastronomy, which showed him that he is capable of working in a leadership position. He was involved in managing some restaurants. His field of operation did not only contain commercial activities like marketing, human resources, cost control and organization of work processes. In addition to that, food sciences, quality assurance, the production of products and sales have been his daily job. He grew through this training and learned to plan his realistic goals in life, to focus them and to realize them with full devotion. Following up, he visited the Holsterhausener vocational college. Then he started to study Game Design at the Mediadesign University for Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf. With this program he followed his passion and came closer to future projects. This brought him back to his roots, the media industry. During his school years he wrote and produced music and recorded his first music album. It was always important to him to work on media, to make it in an entrepreneurial manner and to produce it, rather than to consume only. Since the beginning of his studies he filled in various positions in many different projects. He wanted to acquire a strong base of knowledge, which he could then apply better in a professional environment during the production of individual projects. In the private sector he ran an interior design company for about seven years. He trained through the leadership of these aspects such as scheduling, writing quotes and invoices. This strengthened his stress resistance and coordination of employees. Currently he is a member of a GbR cooperating with a large video game manufacturer in Germany. Throughout his professional activities he was able to quickly and independently shift into the role in a management working position and take his experience of it.
