The tasks in this position included the development and expansion of the catering business. From order entry to invoicing and review management, every process was actively supported by me and continuously improved. This was managed through HCM software, for example assessing and recording what previous knowledge the employee had and how this could be expanded or implemented in other areas of the company, as well as deriving training and development measures - or even bringing about the reshaping of existing teams.
