Aerospace Engineer with a master's degree in space aeronautics, Marcel is an engineer who works at the i2cat research and development foundation. He develops project manager tasks in territorial innovation projects in the NewSpace sector and is a researcher in satellite communication protocols and “Direct-To-Satellite IoT”. Marcel was also the co-founder of the GoSTEM association, which has been carrying out scientific dissemination projects among young people since 2019, including the launch of more than 20 stratospheric probes with numerous centers in the Catalan territory. With GoSTEM they have led a multitude of initiatives that have brought hundreds of young people closer to the fascinating world of space.
