Prepared and adjusted accounting general ledgers for our Las Vegas and Post Falls, ID locations. I reconciled daily bank deposits, capital leases payments, processed funding for all vehicles sold for 2 of the dealership locations. I worked directly with our Store Managers and Finance managers with variety of sale reports. I reviewed and finalized all the vehicle sales contracts and processed vehicle lien payoffs for multiple locations

My responsibilities were processing Share Daft exception report, ACH processing, Federal Reserve adjustments, analyzing out-of-balance General Ledgers, wires, contact vendors, and assisting the front line and back office staff with day-to-day operation issues. I was responsible for various general ledgers postings as well as reconciling ledgers daily and monthly.

My responsibilities were ACH and Share Draft postings and exceptions processing, disputes, research and other related accounting questions. In addition, I assisted the accounting department with general accounting functions: wires, out-of-balance research, GL reconcile, and weekly record retention, payroll, and GL entries. Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to the company’s Executives and CEO.
