· Producing weekly, monthly & ad-hoc reports of high accuracy using Power BI systems and Excel.· Providing data analysis to highlight trends and concerns to the leadership team to maximize outcomes for the business.· Responsible for overseeing and maintaining business analytics product and agency mapping.· Create & maintain annual pricing sheets & templates; run necessary analysis for the pricing season and assist the team with pricing strategy.· Responsible for rate upload into booking systems.· Prepare and distribute agent rates to sales department.· Investigate price discrepancies between booking systems, brochures and websites.· Action ad-hoc costing and pricing enquiries.· Taking on duties of Business Analytics, Pricing & Manager during leave.

· Providing administrative and other support to the trade sales business unit for both International & Domestic Sales.· Building and maintain relationships with all AAT Kings trade partners.· Assisting with weekly/monthly sales reports as required by Head of Sales, sales managers and TTC.· Coordinating the preparation of rates & product information for distribution to all AAT Kings offices and ITO/wholesale & OTA partners at the start of each season.· Assisting in the management and coordination of representation at trade/consumer events/shows on/offshore.· Representing the company at trade events as required either on/offshore.· Coordinating marketing requirements for the trade team’s advertising/co-op advertising and promotional campaigns/activities.· In conjunction with the marketing/web teams preparing & managing distribution of trade/consumer e-brochures and promotional/advertising collateral.· Assisting the Head of Sales in the development of emerging businesses.· Assisting market managers with the collation of brochure copy, content, product manuals & flyers including language touring.· Providing solutions for our wholesale accounts including setting up and maintaining agents for the trade website.· Assist accounts department resolving any arising payment discrepancies· Supervision and development of Trade Sales Coordinator.

Maintain a record of all commission levels on the commission Matrix· Coordination prizewinner bookings.· Coordination production and distribution of product advices/updates, “Stop Sell” advices and e-newsletters in conjunction with market managers.· Assisting accounts department resolving any arising payment discrepancies.· Providing assistance to reservations staff as required.

· Handling reservations, requests and reconfirmations via phone and email.· Processing Day Tour, Short – Break and Guided Holiday bookings via TMS and TROPICS.
