For me, training is more a passion than a job. Meanwhile I got many years experience in training area, I developed and managed almost all training formats like classroom workshops, live webinars, online training, Elearning and also got experience in innovative tools like VR/AR training. In addition to that I implemented learning platforms and training tools to different companies and worked on global projects like HR database and processes. I still love working with people from around the globe, from different cultures, with different levels of experiences and with people in different depertments and in differnet positions. Working with people is for me a way to reflect things and to grow myself every day.
