- Manage large scale projects involving hardware and system refresh. Through coordinating resources, meeting customer needs, creating a plan, and executing such plan. - Work with internal technology groups, as well as with vendors to provide a high level of training for Technology Support Group.- Assist in other project activities including studio build outs, control room build outs, and other production critical areas.- Provide upper tier computer /networking support to end users in a high impact production/broadcast environment including studio and remote support. Also occasionally assist with remote event build outs.- Work extensively with broadcast engineering to provide support for File Base Workflows, Transport Streams, Thinklogical KVM systems, and Graphics based production systems.

Windsor Ct

- Provide computer hardware/networking support for 16 Classrooms. Provide network administration for both classroom and company environments.- Build out scheduled classes for the instructors, sometimes 2-3 times a week. Including Windows/Novell Server class configurations, Network/Security configurations, and Application setups. Also build outs of classes in remote locations across the New England area. - Build out of Mac classes, Also support of Mac hardware and software (Adobe Creative Suites, Quark & Quark License server, Mac OS)

Holyoke Ma

- Provide computer/networking/Telco support for MA Telecommunications Relay Service. Including build outs of call centers throughout the MCI network.- Administrator for Novell Network.- Maintain health of Telco DSX panels, M13, CTIG, configure patch panels/cross connects for MA Relay Center.- Perform regular backups, troubleshoot/repair hardware issues of administrative systems.

South Windsor Ct

-Provide computer/network support for end users.-Perform server backups daily/weekly/monthly.-Ordering computer software/hardware for company use.-Installing software/hardware for company use.
