I built an influencer marketing- & management agency, specialized on authentic, organic, creative and interactive influencer- and e-sports-marketing-campaigns via new media platforms for any brand or publisher. We are creating, concepting and executing thrilling campaigns from start to finish for clients, bringing all their ideas to life. No matter what needs to be sold or which goal needs to be achieved, finding a solution means developing the right concept and strategy. This requires specialist knowledge and the ability to empathize with Generation Z and the gamer target group. Also, working on creative content is key in order to increase a talents- or brands reach and improve campaign success for all parties involved. I am a huge gaming- and eSports enthusiast and I am convinced, that the work-performance of an employee depends strongly on his enthusiasm about the topic he is working on and his freedom to express himself.
