• Planning and Purchasing imported and local items accordingly to demand plan defined at S&OP and EDI• Responsible to provide goods to the assembly lines of Industrial and Hydraulics division of Guarulhos and Guaratingueta Plants• Stock balance analysis and raw materials purchase plan´s elaboration• Planning and Purchasing aftermarket items• Attendance and execution of activities regarding to Materials Planning together with others sectors like Procurement, Production, Engineer and Sales• Non-productive itens purchasing produced outside Brazil• Cost comparatives and PPAP requisition to supplier• Freight reduction costs Project with materials consolidation in USA and key countries in Europe • S&OP meetings participation, approving or not the increase of volume to some supplier and suggesting demand division for two or more suppliers

Working closely with Purchasing Director in Stuttgart, Germany• Quotations, issuing purchase orders, imputing data at SAP and AS400 System• Looking for new suppliers around the world• Cost reduction target with new products development• Freight negotiation• Engineer changes attendance , visiting different kinds of production, mainly Chemistries and Metallic• Global project of metallic raw material saving • International suppliers development• Receiving industrial drawings, then searching for competent suppliers• New projects development together with Engineering, Purchasing, Quality and Logistics

• Follow up on International suppliers and freight forwards• Straight inventory control, stock policy accordingly to ABC curve• Stock policy restructuring• Restructuring of Planning department and Imported materials control• Responsible for imported materials of Air Conditioning assembly line• Responsible for provision of tubes used in radiators production. Imported from South Africa, long lead time item and high technical variation• S&OP meeting´s member due the production planning for Aluminum tubes imported from South Africa.
