I am a Well Operating Company Representative with 20 years of oilfield seniority 16 years of which have been focused on Coiled Tubing. I have a solid foundation of experience; ranging from CoilFrac, matrix acidizing, fishing, deferred temperature surveys, ESP completion and plug and abandonments all with coiled tubing. Having started my Coiled tubing careerwith Schlumberger I was fortunate enough to attend many of their internal training programs attaining the level of Field Specialist III.For the past three years I have been employed as an Operating Company Representative for Arrow Energy in Australia . My time here has been focused on managing the coiled tubing P&A program, onboarding 3 coil units from different providers, managing onsite activities to safely and successfully P&A legacy wells including setting bridge plugs and packers, wireline logging, spotting cement and managing heavy vehicle logistics ensuring bulk cement water and waste coordinated with onsite activities.I pride myself on my thorough daily reporting to the office based engineering team and the accuracy of my Wellview reporting, ensuring pressure tests, well schematics and tour reports are clear, concise and correct.More recently I have been heavily involved in the digitization of Arrow’s monthly rig assurance inspection tool; diving deep into Legislation, Australian Standards and Arrow Standards ensuring that all auditquestions clearly reflect the intent of the standard and that the referenced sections of the documents are easily accessed by the Onsite Company Representative who is performing the inspections.In addition to my oilfield experience I also instruct Heavy Vehicle operators who are looking to upgrade their drivers licence from a car license to a Heavy Rigid license and finally up to Heavy Combination. While ithas been a rewarding experience helping people upgrade their skills in order to improve their employment opportunities it has also improved my ability to clearly guide the onsite crews through the required tasks to achieve our desired job outcome.
