Requirements Manager / Business ArchitectSita Sep 2007 - Aug 2010I was contracted through SITA (South African Information Technology Agency) to National Treasury as the IFMS (Integrated Financial Management System) project requirements manager as well as the business architect for the item identification and maintenance management functional sub system architectural deliverables. The TOGAF framework with detailed method and supporting tools is used for developing the enterprise architecture. The ZAGMAN framework is used for the logical structure of the architecture artifacts.The IFMS requirements management includes the definition of all requirements starting from business, architect, analysis as well as for software requirements. The IFMS project adopted the RUP (Rational Unified Process) discipline for the requirements management processes. This is a very new field for the project. I am responsible for the structuring and implementation of the total IFMS requirements management process in the total project. I implemented an Issue/Risk and a change request management process in the project. -
