The ZAGMAN framework is used for the logical structure of the architecture artifacts.The IFMS requirements management includes the definition of all requirements starting from business, architect, analysis as well as for software requirements. The IFMS project adopted the RUP (Rational Unified Process) discipline for the requirements management processes. This is a very new field for the project. I am responsible for the structuring and implementation of the total IFMS requirements management process in the total project. I implemented an Issue/Risk and a change request management process in the project.
