My overall concept, whether in Customer Success or Key Account Management, is to constantly overachieve my personal targets as well as customer expectations and deliver in time, and through that help the companies I am working for to grow. Executing that in both roles simultaneously, CSM and KAM, I became the first person to generate over € 1 Million in revenue, in less than 2 years, for the largest online network for researchers, ResearchGate. At TIS I started learning everything about corporate payments in a fast based SaaS environment and handled complex onboarding projects as a Customer Success Manager. After that, I became part of the Customer Relationship Team, handling and coordinating all kinds of customer requests and was responsible for the up- and cross-selling within a 70+ customer base. Passionate about languages, I like to communicate in German, English or Spanish with customers and colleagues and love to learn as much as passing on my knowledge - to achieve great goals together.In institutions such as the European Parliament and major companies from the automotive, science and software sector, I have proven to be a fast learner adjusting to new environments rapidly.
