With over 15 years of experience in global marketing and innovation roles at Essity, a leading hygiene and health company, I am passionate about building strong brands that create positive impact and value for customers, consumers, and society. As the Global Brand Director of a >1Bln€ Brand, I lead the development and execution of the global brand strategy and portfolio for Essity's tissue category, with a focus on Communication and Sustainability. I also oversee the innovation pipeline and launch of new products and solutions that address the evolving needs and preferences of the markets. Some of my (teams) key achievements include leading the global repositioning and relaunch of our global Tissue Brands Lotus, Regio, Zewa and Familia under one strategic Umbrella, leveraging synergies and driving scale&impact. Pushing incremental growth through launches in adjacent categories, such as wipes, driving overall segment penetration. As well as launching multiple breakthrough innovations, such as the first Toilet Paper Roll without a cardboard tube…the first toilet paper that can neutralise bad odours in the bathroom…the first tissue product made from fast regrowing wheat straw fibers…. All of those have delivered significant growth and customer satisfaction.
