Responsible for Strategic planning Mobile Surgery Business. Developing 5 year strategic marketing plan.Business Development China region for Mobile SurgeryManaging Organizational transfer from the Netherlands to India while delivering high quality operational performance.

Responsible for upstream marketing of the Mobile X-ray business - Developed the Value Proposition House for Mobile X-ray equipment, from insight generation in China, USA, France and Germany, to the product definition, to create a sustainable long term product roadmap for the Mobile X-ray business with projected 10% annual growth.- Specified and successfully introduced the new top tier Mobile X-ray system in the global market, to secure 40MUSD business potential by 2014. Responsible for product, promotion and pricing.- Conducted extensive field research and developed the mid and long term strategy for the Orthopedic surgery market, to significantly increase market share. - Build strategic alliances to transform the current business model into a solution selling business model by including adjacent products lines to our offer to better address key turn solutions.- Managed all marketing and sales activities towards our USA based sales&marketing center, to create better communications between the Business Unit and the Key Market.
