Updating any technical and/or commercial information as required.✔ Providing the test form filled to operation shop, assigned the tolerance reference as per Hydraulic Institute, include the duty point, best efficiency point, max and minimum flow, Shut-off point and all information as required and indicate the correct piping line. Supporting operations team with corrective or preventive actions on troubleshoot equipment test discrepancies.✔ Requesting to operation shop to modify the stocked products in order to meet customer needs, as voltage change, impeller trim, impeller change out, and parts installation, equipment mounting or any applicable changes.✔ Preparing and provide technical submittal documents for customer approval such as procedures and test reports, general arrangement drawings, installation drawing, material certificates, and project specific O&Ms.✔ Administrative duties such as monitoring and measure operations areas performance, weekly orders shipment report, promptly customer claim form reply, also detect and addressing opportunities for internal improvement.

✔ Supporting for spare parts area in Water Market division and working closely with regional managers in US market. ✔ Promptly replying to requests for spare parts quotations for engineered equipment as well as standard ones, in order to meet with customers needs. Identify the correct items on products drawings and also checking technical documentation as necessary.✔ Orders management such as to place them quickly, accurately and sending the confirmation to clients. Processing the required accounting information to deliver and invoice the orders.Establishment a successful and sustainable cooperation with the customers and completion of orders as well as to meeting delivery deadlines.✔ Maintaining effective stakeholder interface through business relationships, timely and accurate information.✔ Creating requisition lines accurate and submit them to purchase team in order to meet wiht specific orders and maintain appropriate stock levels.✔ Preparing reports of the sales area activities and shared them to stakeholder within Water & Wastewater division to contribute with the continuous improvement.✔ Assisting and keeping the pricing software updated and working with other technical and administrative activities as specifically assigned.

✔ Providing technical sales support to intercompany customers, representatives and end users for all regions of the world market, through technical specifications and detailing the required needs.✔ Developing calculation memorial for pricing items, detailing the costs involved and to identify the contribution margin.✔ Requesting more in-depth consultation with engineering, finance and planning departments to enable high complex application products that require specific modifications and investments✔ Offering project solutions through budget of standard products sucha as well engineering products.✔ Preparing and sending technical and commercial proposals for industrial equipment such as complete skid (pumps, motors, couplings, mechanical seals, etc.) and free-shaft pump, for application in new projects in the segments of Oil and Gas, Energy, Desalination, Chemicals, Fire Fighting, Sugar/Alcohol, Beverages, Food, OEM, Irrigation, Water and Wastewater, as well as providing quotations for replacement equipment such as pumps and spare parts upon presentation of the original serial number.✔ Processing new order entry accurately in order to to meet the needs of all stakeholders, such as contracts, purchasing team, engineering dept., production planning(factory) and customers.✔ Acting on other issues related to the sales area, such as commercial meeting, business dealings with suppliers, welcome customers to show the plant, reach out the goals and be present during the work shops and fair exhibitions.

✔ Working as a sales engineer on the application area in order to provide a support to representatives and end users.✔ Offering equipments as pumps wiht positive displacement according to specifications and needs of customers in the Brazilian market.✔ Preparing and send technical and commercial proposals quickly and efficiently for new products, replacement pumps and spare parts.✔ Visiting and capture specific data at the customer's plant, identify opportunities in the development of application of new products and resolution of existing problems.✔ Achieving established goals, process new orders, make direct negotiations and commercial relationships with suppliers and among other applicable functions in the sales area

✔ Internship program into Product Engineering department on the crankshaft segment and providing support to Materials Engineering area✔ Analyzing thoroughly general arrangement technical drawings and section drawings of the products in question, checking the project updates and address any modification to responsible engineers.✔ Managering and maintain the technical standards database updated, such as ISO, ANSI, DIN, ABNT, among others.✔ Being present on the meeting regarding to guidelines for failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) of the product, industrial forging processes, machining centers and production line.
