Reported directly to the General Manager and Country Director for Argentina.Lead a work force of seven Lead Agents and 60 Agents. Responsible for a budget of over US$10M. Managed the operation of up to five daily departures with a total of 600K customers transported in and out of my station. Assumed responsability of the entire operation when the General Manager was not at the station.-Under my leadership Passenger Services was succesfully able to integrate the Agent Customer Check-in and Security functions.This measure not only improved customer services but also save the Company money.-Re-organized the Passenger Services leadership structure, with focus on performance and employee engagement.-Increase revenues, consistently in excess baggage collection, ticket sales and revenue conversion.-During my tenure the Station received oustanding results in the Corporate Financial Audits.-Was ranked among one of the highest Coordinators for the South American Region.-Implemented the CUSS Check-in system at Ezeiza Airport. This implementation allowed the Company to radically change the check-in process, providing a better service to customers.-Improved the employee's morale facilitating and anticipating to their potential needs always complying within the standars set by the Company.-Enhanced Customer Relations feedback by reducing complaints year over year. This was a big challenge in the station as it experienced a total of 58 cancellations in 2011 due to volcanic ash.

Was assigned several tasks that were related to the Corporate Finacial Audits. Assumed the Airport Coordinator position when she was not at the station.-Provided knowledge and expertise to a young workforce.-Conducted employees evaluations on a yearly basis.-Performed baggage services, check-in and gate functions.

Lead a work force of 30 employees and was in charge of managing a budget of US$2M.-Designated as the Ground Security Coordinator in a location considered as an Extraordinary Station by the TSA and FAA.-Monitored the employees training timeliness by using the Automated Training Management System.-Received media training in order to be able to represent the Company in the media.-In charge of statistics and monthly reports
