• Assessing and managing a varied caseload of athletes, extended health, MVA and WSIB patients with diverse articular, neuromuscular, fascia, and visceral conditions• Establishing and implementing treatment plans utilizing the integrated system model and a combination of specialized therapeutic exercise• Evaluating patient’s progress periodically and discussing clinical cases with the interdisciplinary team. • Educating clients and designing discharge planning /home exercise program • Establishing the 3-month Rehab Exercise Program in private and group class sessions

Working as a Certified Rehab Pilates Instructor in group sessions

Responsible for: • Assessing and managing a varied caseload of extended health and MVA patients with diverse sports injuries, back and neck conditions• Establishing and implementing treatment plans utilizing a combination of specialized therapeutic exercise (i.e.) Pilates, Gyrokinesis®, and McKenzie, advanced mobilization techniques (i.e.) Osteopathy, Miofascial Release and Maitland and therapeutic modalities including traction, cold packs, taping and electrical devices• Evaluating patient’s progress periodically and adjusting treatment plan accordingly • Documenting clinical and progress records • Educating clients and designing discharge planning /home program • Informing referring/family physician and other healthcare professionals about patients’ condition, needs and progress• Working as a Certified Rehab Pilates Instructor in private and group class sessions (Please see Training Certifications in page two)

• Assessed patients’ physical abilities through functional abilities tests• Established and executed treatment plans using specialized therapeutic exercise -Pilates/Kinesis-, mobilization techniques, and client education along with home/discharge program • Evaluated patient’s progress periodically and adjusting treatment plan accordingly • Prescribed exercise for pregnant and postpartum women
