On Tuesdays at 7:15pm all mothers are welcome to Postnatal even if it has been years since delivery. Immediately after at 8:30pm is Yin to help you let the day go and prepare for a restful night's sleep. Thursdays at 9:30am I can't wait to see all the adorable babes and their parent for Parent and Baby class. I manage all client inquiries and address any concerns or feedback shared with the studio. I ensure all student and teacher information is up to date and that all payment information has been processed properly. I process the hiring of new instructors and find subs for all current instructors. Well versed in MindBody Online, Freshbooks, Weebly, Dropbox, Mailchimp, and Netfirms.

I provide a warm and nourishing atmosphere for a toddler while the parents work, run errands, and attend meetings. Regular outings to parks, the aquarium, rec centers, libraries, etc. occur on a weekly basis to ensure a fun and engaging environment where the child can play and learn. Nap and meal times are adhered to on a firm schedule for the benefit of everyone.
