Always be polite and show a smile to all customers. Prepare margaritas and different kinds of cocktails. Being bilingual is very helpful because the majority of our customers are american and you need to explain all plates we serve most of the times. I enjoy very much to be in touch with all the people I serve, we also have some regular clients who I enjoy to serve too because I know what they like.

I was in charge of all the activities that included banks operations, also I was doing some field work at the ranch. At the office I was in charge of a big garden that we use for party, we rent that garden for all kinds of party like weddings, birthday party or any kind of celebration. I used to catering too.

Basically we cooked burgers with my own recipe on the grill charcoal broiled, and also we bake our own buns for the burgers. We had different sizes and we served them with french fries. We expanded the business doing delivering and doing some big sells to different high schools around the neighborhood at the lunch time.
