- Responsible of digital and wholesale marketing strategy for the following brands: Nine West, Caterpillar, Westies, Guess, Hush Puppies, Keds, etc. for all sale channels such as: own retail stores, E-commerce, Liverpool, Palacio de Hierro, Sears, Sanborns, Amazon, Mercado libre, marketplaces, etc.- Responsible to ensure the production and delivery of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for the target audience.-Content creation that supports the brand identity, value proposition, and customer journey.

- Responsible of purchase, product selection and distribution for Nine West, Westies and Sam Edelman stores in Mexico. (bags and shoes)- Responsible of creation of commercial strategies through sales analysis and inventory rotation. - Responsible of purchase analysis and feedback of product. - Responsible of commercial calendar, key dates, and visual merchandising for Nine West stores in Mexico.

- Analyze customer forecasts by bill of materials, considering supplier lead-time, to optimize the timing of inventory requirements.- Resolve issues related to logistics, customer service, and process execution- Provide data and analyze customer details regarding customer supply chain performance and/or status, and communicate to sales and the customer- Ensure service levels for assigned customer engagements are adhered to and met- Work with sales, materials and the customer in monitoring inventory utilization, elevating issues for discussion and completing necessary action- Assist with resolution for customer forecast variances and accuracy levels- Participate in process and quality improvements related to key operational metrics

-Import / Export sea and air for Guadalajara and Manzanillo-Opening and closures of import documents -Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow-Track and trace shipments -Ensure timely movement and delivery of freight to customers -Ensure documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes-Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing-Interact with customers in arranging their shipments-Contribute to maintain strong relationships with suppliers (airlines, trucking companies, and others)-Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated

-Track and trace for import / export shipments for Guadalajara, México city and Manzanillo-Management of virtual operations-Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow-Track and trace shipments -Ensure timely movement and delivery of freight to customers -Ensure documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes-Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing-Interact with customers in arranging their shipments-Contribute to maintain strong relationships with suppliers (airlines, trucking companies, and others)-Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated
