As a PhD student, I analyzed several aspects related with blood cancer and bone marrow transplantation in humans. To mention some I analyzed the relation between the level of MHC-I molecules and the development of graft versus host disease or blood cell reconstitution. I also studied the transcriptional regulation of MHC-I molecules, through the master regulators NLRP12 and NLRC5, in a cancer environment.
