Applied research for the Center for Studies "Espacio Público" in collaboration with the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile within the framework of the Graduate Project for the Master in Political Sciences.The consultancy focused on evaluating the application of the measures proposed by the Presidential Advisory Council against Conflicts of Interest, Influence trafficking and corruption in the areas of reforms to political parties, reforms to the Senior Public Management System and Civic Education.The specific objectives of this consultancy:• Define indicators to evaluate the implementation of the measures related to the new norms that apply to political parties, civic education and the improvement of the Senior Public Management System.• Gather background information to evaluate the defined indicators• Identify opportunities for improvement in the implementation of the standards.• Reinterpret these three points based on the changes that are occurring in Chile since October 18, 2019.
