As the director of the Institute for Nursing Research, I have led efforts to enhance the efficacy of ANCC's credentialing programs while ensuring alignment of research goals across the ANA Enterprise. Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, I have spearheaded practice-based research initiatives, particularly emphasizing the intrinsic value of nursing in healthcare delivery. This culminated in the organization of the highly impactful Re-imagining the Economic Value of Nursing Summit. Furthermore, my leadership in directing strategic directions for nursing credentialing and overseeing the ANCC Quality Management System has resulted in successful ISO certification and ongoing quality improvement initiatives. As the coordinator and administrator of research study activities, I play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects. From assisting in project planning to guaranteeing adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements, I am dedicated to upholding the highest standards of research integrity. My responsibilities encompass recruiting and coordinating research subjects while serving as the principal administrative liaison for projects. Additionally, I oversee the provision of administrative and staff services to support investigators and maintain meticulous recordkeeping systems.
