I’m Marcela, and I believe that health and happiness begins in the mind. We all have life goals. Perhaps an ideal weight, less stress, more joy or self-esteem we’d like to achieve. But most of us start and stop, only to start and stop again. The majority of personal training fitness programs focus solely on the body. This neglects the most important part of the entire process: your heart and mind.When you’re ready to make a total life shift and transformation, it’s not just about burning calories. Anyone can do that. I act as a fitness coach as well as a lifestyle and mindset coach in order to help each client train their hearts and minds to be aligned with their bodies.This is the principle behind my company, M-Unity. We are the answer to mind and body integration to achieve optimal mental and physical health. Together with my trainers, we are slaying negative mindsets, and body image. We refer to ourselves as lifestyle coaches, because our goal is to help you achieve a vibrancy in your life and reach your fullest potential in all areas. We aim to build a world where people strive to achieve mental and physical health instead of aiming for so-called beauty standards. We want to build a world where humans are more REAL and PURE and less ‘perfect’. Does it sound like something you can get involved in? We use different modalities according to our client’s needs, readiness for change and more. Using fitness, nutritional advice, mindfulness, guided meditations, intuitive painting and dance, we heal our clients one session at a time.Our approach is simple and effective. We understand that any ‘change’ entails discomfort, fear, and inconvenience. That’s why we know that there will be obstacles that we can overcome together. We believe that a healthy mind, training, and food is a trinity. You can’t forget one and exaggerate the other. They’re supposed to be balanced. That’s why we guide all three aspects. Professionally, I started my career in Human Resources because I thrive on working with people. I’ve always had a penchant for fitness, and as I grew in both fields, I knew that blending them together was the answer to my true calling. Being a lifestyle and mindset coach alongside physical training is the perfect combination that blends my two biggest talents.M-Unity is the culmination of my skills, passions and determination to help each person live their best life.
