I found myself enjoying networking with other businesses again, rather than heading off to catch the latest box set. I found myself telling businesses in central London that they were missing out on all that Croydon had to offer. I can say without doubt that Marcela is the real reason for me why TMRW was such a great place to work from. She was always available to answer questions, she always introduced me to new arrivals, she encouraged me to attend events (even when I was at my laziest) and she took the time to really get to know me and have a conversation.
