Guide, manage and direct the activities of business analysts in the development and support of business and/or system process improvement. Responsible for managing the activities of loan servicing and support functions for the following areas: commercial, small business, real estate, etc. Ensure quality service, and effective and efficient operations support for all internal and external customers. Administer bank policies and procedures, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Participate in the implementation of applicable bank policies, procedures and systems. Maintain excellent working relationships with affiliate banks, branch staff, lending officers, etc.Ensure area achieves departmental goals and objectives.

Create and manage the Quality Control process for successful auditing of Final Modification Underwriting. Develop training for new and existing staff to ensure all underwriting and processing steps are completed in accordance with established policies and procedures set by SPS, clients and regulatory agency. Evaluate procedures to ensure delivery of accurate information to borrowers during the Final Modification and Pre Foreclosure processes. Serve as the subject matter expert and provide compliance support to the quality control department for high profile projects and assignments. Manage production and workflow reports. Monitor daily, monthly, and annual productivity of associates and deliver positive reinforcing feedback and coaching to improve quality of reviews.

Develop and conduct innovative training for new and existing employees to ensure all underwriting and processing steps are completed in accordance with established policies and procedures set by SPS, clients and regulatory agency. Review existing procedures and take steps to maintain production time-lines and quality scores. Provide ongoing performance review and feedback to assist in improving staff performance. Work with employees to create performance plans to identify career goals and ensure success. Manage production and workflow reports.

Review and validate financial information and documentation provided by customers. Ensure all underwriting and processing steps are completed in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. Adhere to all corporate policies as well as internal, external and compliance guidelines.

Maintain appropriate business / child care environment. Interact with parents and vendors. Manage personnel; ensuring all background checks and fingerprint records have been processed, scheduling, filing timesheets and observing staff with children. Develop and coach staff. Adhere to any local and federal regulations and allow regular state inspections of the facility. Prepare Accounting statements.
