I developed the loyalty strategy for Prosa, including the Loyatly RFP to choose the best provider, with a new methodology for the company that was also used by several internal Prosa´s teams as a model for their own projects.

• I launched the first revolving credit card for Banco Azteca´s clients. Where we positioned 42,000 credit cards into the market during the first year of launching• I was the Project Leader and principal coordinator among all areas involved (systems, operation, accounting, legal, call centers, among others) for the start-up, administration and communication of the launch of the Credit Card. I also was responsible and accountable for overseeing their correct functionality.• Created loyalty programs to support our products along their life cycle increasing portfolio activity in 25% and profitability in 30%• Focus the loyalty programs on innovation and new technologies maximizing customer benefits and rewards redemption in 50%• Launched a new competitive model and reward program for the “Affluent” credit card achieving a billing growth in 35%• Responsible of the dashboard and KPI’s of the programs• Development of the objectives and goals of the programs• I designed customer journey• Relationship with VISA, MasterCard and Prosa• Build product´s benchmarks vs. competition.

Main Achievements• Acted as Subject Matter Expert by executing and coordinating the migration and implementation of diverse loyalty programs (totaling 37 million accounts) throughout Latin America.• Launched the first Card Linked Services (CLS) product for credit and debit cards in Mexico (www.thanksagain.com.mx), resulting in a MasterCard brand benefit for all banks in Mexico.• Coordinated and implemented the Point of Sales project (POS), resulting in an incremental redemption volume of 30% through this channel.• Managed and implemented a new loyalty program, Relationship Rewards, for a large MasterCard Mexico issuer bank, increasing cardholder´s redemptions by 37% and redeemed points by 15% year-over-year.• Launched 2 new clients for MasterCard Rewards Platform under my tenure as Key Account: Scotiabank and Banamex

• Planned and coordinated various credit card promotions (including Telemarketing) with a strategic commercial business partner achieving sales of 125,000 insurance policies that generated a monthly average income of 2.5 million MXN pesos.• Participated in the launch and promotion of Credit Card UNIK, generating a growth of 650,000 credit cards over a period of 3 years.• Launched 23 loyalty programs including ESPN, Family, Ferrari and Black, among others for the Santander Mexico Loyalty Portfolio.• Redesigned Santander Mexico Rewards Loyalty Program, making it more attractive for cardholders, generating 68% redemption growth versus previous years.• Negotiated promotions with business partners for activation and billing increment of cardholders and for "Recompensas Santander" rewards program.

• Designed and created the promotional department for Sigma Alimentos managing 9 direct reports and 18 indirect reports.• Coordinated grocery store events, public promotions and benefits knowledge of each product according to each brand image for external and internal clients.• Launched San Rafael Turkey Line brand and organized marketing events in the Northern and West part of Mexico.
