I'm a strategist by instinct and a designer by evolution. For 10+ years, I played a pivotal role in the creative industry, shaping and driving forward, exciting and purposeful brand strategies by investigating, anticipating trends, finding key insights, crafting compelling narratives and designing outstanding communication plans. After leading multidisciplinary teams of creatives and strategists, scaling strategy departments, achieveng goals and winning some awards, I decided to step out on my own.I reconnected with the investigation and creative process through Design Principles and in the last 5 years, beyond communication projects, I've been working on projects related to service design, eco design, design for public sector and future design.Ok, but after all, what are you, Marcela? I'm a problem solver. With my unique background and perspective, I can help any institution, be it a company, a government or a civil society organization to deeply understand contexts and challenges and based on key insights build solutions that not only thrive on addressing business goals but on being meaningful and helpful to the people and the planet. I do that by applying observation, creative thinking and critical thinking. My top goal right now is to bring my unique energy and skills to a Madrid-based Design consulting firm or agency that put life in the center of the process.
