Iniciei na IBM como Administradora de Sistemas provendo suporte em servidores de impressão e servidores de backup pessoal de usuários, lidando diretamente com usuários finais de todas as partes do globo, para apenas um cliente da IBM. Após aproximadamente 4 meses fui designada a prover suporte em sistemas operacionais Microsoft para servidores, e também de Hardware (IBM, Dell, HP), remotamente. Nesta nova função trabalhei em Incidentes de diversas categorias, desde baixa criticidade até grandes indisponibilidades.Em 2012 mudei para o time de Storage ainda suportando o mesmo cliente, mas dessa vez atuando com SAN storage e NAS storage. Atuei em grandes projetos de migração de dados por conta de "hardware refresh", lidando com migração de dados de altíssima criticidade.Em 2016 fui realocada para o time de engenharia de projetos para novas implementações, cargo que ocupo até o presente momento. Neste cargo, atuo diretamente com arquitetos do lado do cliente e do lado da IBM, implementando a arquitetura concordada, principalmente em tecnologias VMWare e VxRail. Também adquiri neste cargo uma grande experiência em migração de dados, na parte de planejamento e execução, devido a uma necessidade urgente do cliente.Por conta da senioridade, também atuo como 3o nivel de suporte para Administradores de Sistemas que suportam a mesma conta.

I started at IBM as a System Administrator providing support in print servers and personal user backup servers, dealing directly with end users from all over the globe, for a dedicated IBM customer. After approximately 4 months I was assigned to provide support on Microsoft operating systems for servers, and also Hardware (IBM, Dell, HP), remotely. In this new role I worked on Incidents of different categories, from low criticality to major outages.In 2012 I moved to the Storage team still supporting the same client, but this time working with SAN storage and NAS storage. I worked on large data migration projects due to "hardware refresh" needs, dealing with highly critical data migration.In 2016 I was relocated to the project engineering team for new implementations, a position I hold until now. In this role, I work directly with architects on the client side and on the IBM side, implementing the agreed architecture, mainly in VMWare and VxRail technologies. I also acquired in this position a great deal of experience in data migration, in the planning and execution part, due to an urgent need from the client.Due to seniority, I also act as 3rd level support for System Administrators who support the same account.

At Original Brasil I was responsible for managing the IT department, implementing new technologies, improving the current services and controlling the department's financial resources. I was able to apply my knowledge in Microsoft environments, redesigning the entire Active Directory environment of the headquarters and its branch offices. Implemented Internet content filter, which increased employee productivity and prevented malicious websites from being accidentally accessed. I was responsible for implementing technologies that aimed to reduce costs for the company using technology.

Help-desk analyst, helping users to access the Internet and configure e-mail. Provided phone assistance to users in solving problems related to Internet access.
