About Marcela De Freitas

I am a leader who has a vocation for managing projects inclined towards process improvement, sales, product and team development.I started to undertake in Canada in 2018. My entrepreneurial journey began after ending a 10-year career as a civil servant at Caixa Econômica Federal, a federal bank in Brazil, and reinventing myself with my move to Canada in 2016. Challenge Intercâmbio, a digital agency, emerged from the passion for travel and studies, combined with the identification of the size of the international education market and the opportunity for people to migrate to Canada through higher education. At Challenge Intercâmbio, we offer specialized services for those who want to study abroad, don't even know where to start, and have that latent desire to explore the world.With the management experience accumulated in Brazil, the practice of entrepreneurship in Canada, and the knowledge acquired through participation in several workshops related to startups and visits to Canadian incubators, Innova In Canada was born to help those looking for new opportunities in Canada, not only through study but also through entrepreneurship. Through my soft-Landing consultancy, I support co-founders in understanding the Canadian market. I also promote matching with a Canadian incubator to help the co-founders develop their business in the country by receiving mentoring and also accessing immigration in Canada through the Start-up Visa Program.
