Responsible for the IT operation of the Ministry of National Education on the applications front, a group composed of 20 people; ensure contractual compliance and assurance of the SLAs of the same for each of the operational fronts (Applications, Databases, DevOps, SAP); participation in peer committees with supervision; IT management based on ITIL best practices; project management based on good PMP practices; development, support and administration of information systems; technology operation based on ITIL processes; technology customer service and support; technical support and maintenance of information systems. The achievements obtained during my management were: Adoption and implementation of the IPV6 protocol in applications, Update of middle layer technological tools, and adoption and integration of agile methodologies (DevOps) based on Scrum standards.

Generate and execute improvement plans in the applications. Manage project administration tools. Manage and secure the monitoring and backup services of the applications. Generation of project reports. Evaluate and manage changes (RFC) on the applications. Ensure compliance with the established SLAs.

The main functions performed consisted of the installation and implementation of Pentaho Enterprise Edition and Infobright. Creation of control panels, and analytical and dynamic reports that serve as an overview of the management business, based on the given specifications. Design, Development, and Implementation of processes for the Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) of different data sources. Design and Creation of multi-dimensional information models that allow greater flexibility to users in the creation of analytical views that replace some dynamic reports. Creation of Data Warehouse (Data Warehouse). Technical Training – Pentaho Boot Camp.

Carry out the necessary software developments for the company's operation and lead the implementation processes of software provided by third parties.
