About Marcela Medina Magon

Design Researcher and Service Designer with an academic background in Strategic Design, Education, and Public Relations.I have been working with Innovation, Customer-Centric, PR, and Marketing projects to lead digital transformation in companies for the past 8 years. This last year of my journey I started working as a consultant in a company focusing my activities on UX Research and Service Design with Design methods to understand users' and stakeholders' expectations and needs to create Digital Products, Design Systems, Branding, and new Business Models.As a PR, I created my own agency and had clients from the food industry, consumer goods, and entertainment. The projects were designed to create strategies for Digital Marketing, Copywriting, Community Management, and CX research projects.I’ve studied Strategic Design as a post-baccalaureate and I am doing another post-baccalaureate course in Education at the University of Winnipeg, Canada.
