I was in charge of the management and the development of the selection processes for different areas within the organization, both in Santiago and other regions, having direct contact with clients and external suppliers.I was also in charge of the onboarding processes for new employees.My main achievements here were the improvement in the processes, reducing the delay time, keeping our client’s information updated, and earning the trust of different areas in the selection process.

In addition to this, I was also in charge of developing proposals for other clients, and billing the evaluations of the clients.
