I’m Talent Acquisition Strategist in N12, a company that specializes in technology, IT, Tech, and UX talent acquisition. As the co-founder of the company, I am in charge of the development of the business strategies, management of our client’s portfolio, visiting companies, and making the organization and our products known.I have direct contact with clients in order to review and provide solutions to their needs, creating proposal and quotes for services, and supporting every stage of the selection process.I’m also in charge of commercial and selection issues, always making sure to provide the most adequate advice to our clients.

I was in charge of managing the accounts of different clients, sourcing of mid-level and manager role positions using different methodologies, working with competency-based models, headhunting, among others.

I was in charge of the management and the development of the selection processes for different areas within the organization, both in Santiago and other regions, having direct contact with clients and external suppliers.I was also in charge of the onboarding processes for new employees.My main achievements here were the improvement in the processes, reducing the delay time, keeping our client’s information updated, and earning the trust of different areas in the selection process.

I was in charge of managing and carrying out evaluation process for the staff of BHP Billiton and other clients.My main achievements were improving the time of the processes, earning clients trust in our services and reduce delays in our processes. In addition to this, I was also in charge of developing proposals for other clients, and billing the evaluations of the clients.

I was in charge of managing and carrying out staff selection processes. My main achievements were improving the procedure manuals of the company, increasing the assertiveness in the processes, reducing the waiting times etc. In addition to this, I was also in charge of managing the training processes of the company, evaluating internal client’s needs, selecting the OTEC and OTIC that we will use for the work.

I was in charge of the staff recruitment, selection and evaluation processes of administrative and executive positions. My main achievements here were, improve relations and loyalty with our clients, reduce the delay of time in our processes, development of an outstanding and efficient work team, implementation of a new evaluation processes, delivering a service of a higher quality.
