About Marcel Angehrn

I'm serving Swiss and foreign based multinational clients with regard to all kind of national and international tax matters.Since 2006 I'm part of the Swiss M&A tax team and have therefore a strong M&A background and a broad know-how in transaction support. In this role I led numerous buy-side and sell-side engagements including resulting structuring and post-deal integration projects. Furthermore, I'm a frequent lecturer for tax law at the Swiss Finance Institute (University of Zurich) and the Hochschule Luzern (MAS Corporate Finance).
