Assistance to the Duque de Caxias Refinery (Reduc), responsible for communication plans, developing solutions aligned with Petrobras' Strategic Plan and Business Plan. The activities carried out mainly involved the relationship with the internal public, in the development and implementation of initiatives to recover the self-esteem of the workforce, campaigns aimed at the internalization of security concepts, organization of events, production of content for materials and communications, management of internal channels such as intranet and social media, and recognition of the workforce.Highlights - Stories that move Reduc (series of videos that use the Draw my life technique to tell success stories of the workforce), Maintenance Communication Plan and the Campaign against Sexual Harassment at Work, unprecedented at Petrobras.

Attending the Comperj project for 10 years. Experience that has broadened my knowledge in the area of relationship with communities and expropriation of lands. At the time, I acted in the removal of more than 180 properties. Responsible for the development of the strategy to reuse more than 5.000 demobilized workers.Highlights - the Demobilization Kit, an instrument to support the replacement of workers in the labor market, reducing social impacts at the end of the project. Participation in the development of the contractual guideline of Communication and Social Responsibility. Management of the customer service of Petrobras, responding to more than 15 thousand demands.

Acting in the GASENE project, from expropriation to the beginning of pipeline construction, to expand the Northeastern pipeline (51 municipalities), establishing relationships with communities, residents and local government. Responsible for interventions, with transparent and direct dialogue, facilitating understanding among Petrobras, local residents, community leaders, and local government of the 51 municipalities. Systematization of the community relationship model, avoiding the occurrence of lawsuits.

Participation in the project of Mapping and Community Relations for Transpetro. Responsible for the relationship with the communities around the pipelines. Participated in a robust and pioneering project in the company, which enabled the in-depth study of these communities in more than 5 thousand kilometers of pipeline strips throughout the country.

Responsible for the factory visits program with reception of visitors from all over the world. Acting in press office, relationship with various publics, organization of events, and marketing fairs.
